Job Description:
We are seeking skilled and motivated Field Technicians to join our client’s team in supporting solar panel installation projects across multiple locations. The role requires hands-on expertise in solar technology and a commitment to delivering quality installations to drive the adoption of renewable energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform solar panel installations, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety guidelines.
• Conduct site assessments, verify electrical connections, and assess roof suitability for installation.
• Utilize your technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site challenges during installation.
• Work collaboratively with other team members and project coordinators to complete installations efficiently.
• Maintain detailed records of work completed and report to the designated project manager.
Eligibility Criteria:
• ITI certification with a valid Electrical License in the solar sector is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation is preferred.
• Ownership of a bike with a valid driving license is compulsory for job-related travel.
• Local candidates are strongly preferred for their familiarity with the area and language.
