Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Procurement Officer to manage the purchasing and supply chain operations for our water management projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely procurement of materials and services while maintaining cost efficiency and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
�� Identify and source reliable vendors and suppliers for materials and equipment related to water management projects.
�� Evaluate supplier proposals, negotiate contracts, and establish favorable terms and pricing.
�� Ensure timely procurement of materials and services to meet project timelines and requirements.
�� Ensure all materials comply with quality standards and project specifications.
�� Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to address procurement challenges and resolve issues promptly.

Required Qualifications and Skills
�� Education: Bachelor��s degree.
�� Experience: 3��5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in infrastructure, construction, or water management projects.
Skills:
�� Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
�� Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
�� Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., ERP systems).
�� Strong understanding of supply chain processes and cost optimization.
�� Knowledge of industry-specific materials and equipment is a plus.
