Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic Sales Executives to join our client€™s team in driving solar energy solutions. The role involves engaging with potential customers, conducting field surveys, and facilitating solar panel adoption with tailored consultation and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct door-to-door surveys to identify beneficiaries for solar panel installations.
Pitch solar solutions, explain feasibility, and provide personalized recommendations.
Verify eligibility criteria such as ownership, electricity connection, and roof suitability.
Assess roof topography, shading, and structural integrity for solar panel installations.
Record and maintain accurate data, including roof dimensions and beneficiary details.
Inform beneficiaries about scheme benefits, eligibility, and application processes.
Identify potential installation challenges and address them effectively.
Submit detailed survey reports and coordinate with local authorities, DISCOMs, and vendors.
Eligibility Criteria:
ITI/Diploma/Bachelor€™s degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering, Field Sales, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in renewable energy.
Familiarity with solar panel installation is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sales aptitude.
Proficiency in local languages and basic computer skills.
Willingness to travel extensively with mandatory ownership of a two-wheeler and valid license.
