Job Title: Solar Technician

Salary: Up to 45,000/month CTC

Eligibility:
ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
1 -2 years of experience in solar panel installation.
Certification in solar installation (e.g., NISE, MNRE).
Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and standards.
Physical fitness to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
Valid government-issued ID, two-wheeler, and driving license.

Key Responsibilities:
Install solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical components.
Conduct site assessments for feasibility and compliance.
Interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
Perform wiring, grounding, and connections.
Configure and commission solar inverters and monitoring systems.
Test, inspect, and ensure system quality and performance.
Provide maintenance and repair support as needed.
Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and stakeholders.
Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and guidelines.
Maintain accurate installation records and submit reports.
