Eligibility:
€¢ ITI/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
€¢ 1€“2 years of experience in solar panel installation.
€¢ Certification in solar installation (e.g., NISE, MNRE).
€¢ Familiarity with electrical safety protocols and standards.
€¢ Physical fitness to work at heights and in varied weather conditions.
€¢ Valid government-issued ID, two-wheeler, and driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Install solar panels, mounting structures, and electrical components.
€¢ Conduct site assessments for feasibility and compliance.
€¢ Interpret electrical diagrams, blueprints, and specifications.
€¢ Perform wiring, grounding, and connections.
€¢ Configure and commission solar inverters and monitoring systems.
€¢ Test, inspect, and ensure system quality and performance.
€¢ Provide maintenance and repair support as needed.
€¢ Collaborate with surveyors, engineers, and stakeholders.
€¢ Adhere to safety protocols, industry standards, and guidelines.
€¢ Maintain accurate installation records and submit reports.
