Key Responsibilities:
�� Install, maintain, and troubleshoot note sorting/counting machines, multifunctional printers, shredders, laminators, and binding machines.
�� Perform preventive maintenance to ensure smooth equipment operation.
�� Provide technical support and training to clients on proper machine usage.
�� Diagnose and repair faults, ensuring minimal downtime.
�� Maintain service records and prepare reports for technical analysis.
�� Work closely with the sales and support teams to enhance customer satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Education: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering.
Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability and knowledge of circuit diagrams & mechanical systems.
Communication: Ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel for on-site maintenance and support.
