Your Responsibilities:
�� Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products.
�� Handle customer inquiries and provide information on roofing solutions.
�� Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer feedback.
�� Follow up with leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
�� Assist in customer relationship management and support office operations.

Your Profile:
�� Education: HS/Graduate.
�� Experience: 1-3 years in telecalling/customer support (preferred).
�� Strong communication and persuasion skills.
�� Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
�� Confident, self-motivated, and able to handle customer interactions professionally
